The build-to-suit project is located on a .88 acre property located at 1030 West John Carpenter Freeway, In Irving, Texas.  The building renovation and build out is being completed by Spin Concepts, Inc. dba as Spin! Neopolitan Pizza.  Spin has leased the property and will be opening their restaurant as soon as the construction is complete.
