Development | Construction of Retail Center for Buffalo Wild Wings, Mattress Firm and AT&T, Hutchinson, KS

The retail center project includes two buildings, a 9,328 SF and 3,000 SF, located 17th Avenue and Waldron Street, in Hutchinson, Kansas.  The development is adjacent to a new Olive Garden and a Rib Crib is being built on the adjoining side.  AT&T is under contract and the BWW/Mattress Firm building is sold.
