The build-to-suit project includes a 9,850 square foot retail property located at 1840 NW Chipman Road in Lee’s Summit, Missouri.  The improvements, completed in 2015, are located in a large retail development, SummitWoods Crossing, at Interstate 470 and Highway 50 in Lee’s Summit.  The property is 100% leased and occupied by Fiorella’s Jack Stack Barbecue.
